This announcement is to inform all our customers of the impending changes with Langnetic Web Services. As we mentioned in our previous e-mail that we would be migrating our e-mail servers from SmarterMail to a new more efficient and robust mail server once the beta testing has completed.

We are now on the last phases of beta testing and will roll out the new server December 1, 2006. Our set migration is scheduled for January 1, 2007. On this date your account will be transferred to the new mail server. During this migration we will not transfer existing e-mail from the SmarterMail servers to the new server. The only objects that will be migrated are the following:

• Email Account Usernames and Passwords.
• Domain Aliases and Email aliases.

If you store email on the SmarterMail server, you will want to use an email client such as Outlook Express to download all your stored email from the server earlier then the migration date. If you fail to do so, your stored email will no longer be accessible to you after January 1, 2007.

If you have any questions regarding the upcoming server changes please contact support with any questions you may have. You are also welcome to have your account migrated prior to Jan 1, 2007 by simply sending a request to support asking to have your domain(s) pushed over.
